The SikaTop waterproofing range provides professional two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing solutions designed to protect concrete and mortar surfaces against water penetration. Combining a liquid polymer component with a cement-based powder, the range offers excellent adhesion, durable waterproof protection and different levels of flexibility to suit a variety of residential, commercial and construction applications.
The range includes SikaTop-107 Seal ID for general-purpose waterproofing of bathrooms, toilets, wet areas and small water tanks; SikaTop-107 Plus, a semi-flexible solution suitable for broader applications including balconies, terraces, water tanks, fish ponds and small pools; and SikaTop-109 Elasto, a flexible, higher-performance waterproofing system suitable for areas subject to minor movement, including swimming pools, tanks, balconies and terraces.
