A solvent-based penetrating sealer specifically developed for fiber cement boards, designed to improve surface stability and ensure strong adhesion for subsequent coating systems.

Fiberkote FPS-820 penetrates into the substrate to even out absorption across the surface, helping prevent patchy finishes while enhancing the performance and durability of topcoats. It also acts as a barrier to reduce moisture migration from the substrate, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Supplied ready to use, this product is ideal as a base coat preparation layer before applying finishing paints on fiber cement surfaces.
