This Oxygen Regulator is designed for dependable and accurate oxygen control across welding, cutting, and other technical applications. Built with a solid, durable body, it delivers stable gas flow even under demanding working conditions.
Its dual-gauge system gives operators an instant overview of both cylinder and working pressures, making it safer and more efficient to use. The cylinder gauge shows how much oxygen remains in the tank—typically reading up to 150–200 kg/cm² when full and gradually decreasing as the gas is consumed. The working pressure gauge, on the other hand, displays the oxygen supply you’ve set for the job, adjustable within 0.2 – 12.5 kg/cm².
For Oxy–LPG cutting, this regulator provides precise control:
- 3–8 kg/cm² for the cutting jet (the oxygen stream that actually slices through metal).
- 1–3 kg/cm² for the preheat flame (the oxygen that supports the LPG flame to bring the metal up to cutting temperature).
This clear separation between stored cylinder pressure and regulated working pressure allows operators to easily set the correct oxygen flow, ensuring safe, smooth, and consistent performance.
