Nippon Paint 5400 Wall Sealer is a high-performance alkali-resisting wall sealer designed for both exterior and interior masonry surfaces. It is formulated to penetrate and seal porous substrates, reducing surface alkalinity and preventing common paint defects such as efflorescence, peeling, and uneven colour absorption.
This product provides a stable, uniform base for finishing coats, improving adhesion and enhancing the durability of subsequent paint layers. It is suitable for use on new plaster, concrete, brickwork, and fiber cement, particularly in exposed or moisture-prone environments.
