This Breathable Wall & Roof Membrane is a protective barrier designed to prevent external moisture and wind-driven rain from entering building structures while allowing internal water vapour to escape, helping reduce condensation, mould growth and moisture-related deterioration.
Manufactured using a three-layer composite construction, the membrane consists of two outer layers of polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabric surrounding a central breathable waterproof film. The outer layers provide strength, flexibility and resistance to tearing during installation, while the central film helps block liquid water without trapping water vapour within the building structure.
Lightweight, flexible and easy to install, the membrane is suitable for timber and lightweight steel framing, external wall cladding, ventilated facades and appropriately specified pitched roof systems. It provides an additional protective layer beneath exterior finishes, helping improve weather resistance and long-term building durability.
