We do not provide free quotations for this type of work. All projects are assessed through a paid site survey to ensure pricing is accurate, professional, and fair for both parties.
How We Decide Pricing
Every project is different.
We group jobs by size and how clear the scope is, and this decides how the job should be priced.
The site survey fee is not lost
Whether or not you proceed with BBS for the construction work, the survey fee can be credited toward the purchase of materials supplied by BBS,
should you choose to proceed in that way.
Project Types — Handyman, Maintenance & Small Works
(Typically up to Rp 50 million)
This category covers smaller-scale construction works, ranging from quick repairs to multi-day upgrade projects. These works are generally flexible in scope and may evolve during execution.
Includes:
- General handyman and maintenance works (under Rp 10 million)

Small renovations and upgrades (Rp 10 – 50 million), such as:
- Bathrooms
- Kitchens
- Partial renovations
Pricing Method: Cost-Plus
This type of work is charged on a cost-plus basis due to its flexible and evolving nature.
You pay for:
- Labour (charged per day or per task)
- Materials at cost + margin
- Construction equipment hire
- Transport and logistics
Project Types — Renovation & Construction Works
(Typically above Rp 50 million)
This category covers medium to large-scale projects, from defined renovations to full construction works. As project size increases, scope clarity, structure, and budget control become more critical.
Includes:
- Defined Renovation Works (Rp 50 – 150 million ++), where scope is established after site inspection
- Construction Projects (above Rp 150 million), including major renovations and new builds requiring full planning and documentation
Pricing Method
- Cost-Plus + Specialist Lump Sum (for Defined Renovation Works)
- Lump Sum / BOQ-Based Pricing (for Construction Projects)
For larger projects, pricing is typically tied to construction drawings, agreed scope, and staged progress payments.
You pay for:
- Basic and Skilled Labour (Helper, Mason, Carpenter, Steel Fixer, Tiler, Painter)
- Specialist Workers (Electrician, Plumber, Welder, Stone Installer, AC Technician, Cabinet Maker)
- Site Supervisor and/or Project Management
- Construction equipment hire
- Transport and logistics

- Vehicles, Equipment & Tools
- Management & coordination – included only when the job size and risk require it
