At Bali Building Solutions (BBS), we provide on-site construction and renovation services with clear scope, fair pricing, and full transparency.
We do not provide free quotations for this type of work. All projects are assessed through a paid site survey to ensure pricing is accurate, professional, and fair for both parties.

How We Decide Pricing

Every project is different.
We group jobs by size and how clear the scope is, and this decides how the job should be priced.

The site survey fee is not lost
Whether or not you proceed with BBS for the construction work, the survey fee can be credited toward the purchase of materials supplied by BBS,
should you choose to proceed in that way.

Project Type 1 — Handyman & Maintenance Works

(Usually under Rp 10 million)

Small jobs such as repairs and minor installations.
These jobs are short and often change once work starts.

Pricing: Cost-Plus

You pay for:

  • Labour per day or task
  • Materials at cost + margin
  • Construction equipment hire
  • Transport and logistics

Project Type 2 — Small Works & Upgrades

(Around Rp 10 – 50 million)

Jobs that take several days, such as:

  • Bathrooms
  • Kitchens
  • Partial renovations

Pricing: Cost-Plus 

You pay for:

  • Labour per day 
  • Materials at cost + margin,
  • Construction equipment hire
  • Transport and logistics

Project Type 3 — Defined Renovation Works

(Around Rp 50 – 150 million ++)

Larger renovations where the scope becomes clear after a site visit.

Pricing: Cost-Plus and lump sum prices for Specialist Workers

You pay for:

  • Basic or Skilled level worker (eg Helper, Mason, Carpenter, Steel Fixer, Tiler, Painter)
  • Specialist Worker (eg Electrician, Plumber, Weilder, Stone Installer, AC technician, Cabinet Maker)
  • Site Supervisor and or Project Management
  • Construction equipment hire
  • Transport and logistics

Project Type 4 -  Construction Projects

(Usually above Rp 150 million)

Large renovations or construction works that need clear structure and budget control.

Pricing: Lump Sum / BOQ-based pricing

Prices are linked to construction drawings and progress payments.
