Cost Plus - General Labor

In this arrangement, the client is billed for the actual cost of labor and materials, with an agreed-upon percentage markup to cover overhead and management fees. Labor rates are calculated per day. Additional expenses such as scaffolding hire, power tools, and vehicle rental are itemized and charged accordingly. Provision of labor without materials is excluded.
