Digital copies of the following documents are required for the application, processing and issuance of PBG, SLF and SBKBG.

  • Utilities Plan: Plans for electricity, water, sewage, and other utilities.
  • Fire Safety Plan: Fire safety and evacuation plans.
  • Environmental Impact Assessment: Assessment report if applicable.
  • Approval from Neighbors: Consent from adjacent property owners, if required.
  • Zoning Compliance: Proof that the project complies with local zoning regulations.
