Digital copies of the following documents are required for the application, processing and issuance of PBG, SLF and SBKBG.

Application Form: Completed form for building planning approval.
Proof of Land Ownership: Certificate of land ownership or land use rights.
Site Plan: Detailed site plan including layout, dimensions, and surrounding infrastructure.
Architectural Drawings: Detailed architectural plans and elevations.
Structural Plans: Engineering plans detailing the building’s structural integrity.
Utilities Plan: Plans for electricity, water, sewage, and other utilities.
Fire Safety Plan: Fire safety and evacuation plans.
Environmental Impact Assessment: Assessment report if applicable.
Approval from Neighbors: Consent from adjacent property owners, if required.
Zoning Compliance: Proof that the project complies with local zoning regulations.
