- Utilities Plan: Plans for electricity, water, sewage, and other utilities.
- Fire Safety Plan: Fire safety and evacuation plans.
- Environmental Impact Assessment: Assessment report if applicable.
- Approval from Neighbors: Consent from adjacent property owners, if required.
- Zoning Compliance: Proof that the project complies with local zoning regulations.
