Omnitect Repel by Milan is a high-performance penetrating water-repellent designed to protect porous surfaces such as natural stone, concrete, and masonry while fully maintaining their original appearance. Using advanced penetration technology, it creates a hydrophobic “lotus effect” that allows water to bead and run off, helping to prevent dampness, staining, moss, and algae. Unlike surface coatings, it penetrates deep into the substrate without forming a visible film, preserving the natural texture and colour. The product requires only a single coat, with a coverage of approximately 10–15 m² per application, and depending on environmental exposure and wear, typically provides protection for at least 12 months before reapplication may be required. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it is ideal for natural stone, exposed concrete, brick, masonry, facades, and non-immersed wet areas.
